Setup Requirements
In order for SP-Slidekick to access Buses 3/4, you will need to ensure these are not bypassed in the "EFX Settings" on the SP-404MKII. To check this, press SHIFT + PAD 16, and use the encoder knob to specify a numbered "favourite" preset
SP-Slidekick is not yet compatible with custom Direct FX that may be set on your unit.
Each device stores it own set of parameter values. These can be edited by pressing on the top label of the device to open the device parameter window.
Common Troubleshooting
MIDI Connection Issues
Ensure your SP-404MK2 is running the latest firmware available.
Verify that your device is connected via a data-capable USB-C cable, an official Apple Camera Connection Kit, or a compatible MIDI interface.
On Android, ensure you have granted MIDI permissions when prompted.
App Layout
Use Edit Mode (pencil icon) to edit, move, or resize your controls.
Double-tap the screen to toggle the Bus Console sidebar.
